property purchase

I have made Banakhat to purchase flat for rs. 8 lac and paid rs. 2 lac and show period as 1 month or period required for getting loan. Now i comes to know property address in banakhat are not as per actual property address. what legal repercussion available to me. can i get rs. 2 lacs back

Depends on the terms and conditions of the agreement, if there is no forefeiture clause then you may be entitle to receive the said Rs.2 lac. If the addres is mentioned is wrong it can be ractified by the execution of supplimentry to that effect.The above opinion is a tenative one the exact opinion can be given only after perusing the Banakhat.

If no forfeiture clause in the agreement, then you can get amount back.
