Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

if the property is situated in Pune . but the developement agreement has been signed in new Mumbai . where as the developer is from new Mumbai and the owner is from Pune. so if the owner wants to sue the developer , then which court has the jurisdiction of doing so

Sir the court has cover the jurisdiction where the property is situated, so the aggrieved party must file the suit within the jurisdition of the court where the property is situated.
