Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
property is 43years old and i m doing maintannce, & paying the tax & all i have developed the said property . after my mothers daid. I m getting 6000 rs per month rent from the property my sister is staying in the same property. she did not paid the tax & all thing i m giving 2000 rs monthly rent to the sister. now she has claim for half property & she is not ready to pay for stamp duty.
