Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased flat from Ist owner. At the time of agreement the share certificate was not ready. When share certificate came directly it was issued on my name. now I have sold my flat to another person. Agreement already has been done. But society is not issuing the NOC to me for selling the above flat. They are saying that since CIDCO transfer was not done hence NOC can not be given to me.
Is the CIDCO transfer is necessary for selling the flat.
Is society is having right to deny the issuing NOC. Pls guide me on [email protected]/[email protected]
