The current market value of the house will be 2 crores. My parents decided to write a settlement of this property on my brother. They have decided to give me an unfair compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs. in case the property is solely owned by your father and was bought by your father out of the funds earned by him, he can gift it to your brother and may even avoid giving the said compensation. in case the property is ancestral i.e. purchased by your grandfather or his ancesters, then you can file a civil suit and seek a stay and claim the partition of the house.
