i want to know the imortence of Betterment Charge receipt/Plan/Layot plan-while taking housing loan and what are all the required documents for CMC,BBMP,BDA,TMC etc

Query not clear.

All housing loan institutions have their own norms. Documents can not be classified as less important or more important.

Short forms CMC, BBMP, BDA, TMC etc. are not known to me.
