dear sir,

please let me know a person who practising as an advocate can act or perform his duty as a real estate agent or insurance agent for part time or fulltime?

As per the Advocates Act, in India, if some body is enrolled as Advocate with the Bar Council of India than than the said person can not practice any other profession. If the said person wants to pursue any other profession than the license as an Advocate has to be susended.

Practising Advocates are not entitled to engage in business activities.

As per the code of conduct, Practicing advocates are not authorised to carry on any other profession.
