my husband is going to buy flat worth 45 lakhs in his own name.and he had given power of attorney to his brother.Do i have any right on that property in future??

Power of attorney for which purpose? Nevertheless, being the wife you have every right after the life of your husband but during his life time he being the absolute owner can do anything with the property and you donot have any right in the property.
