Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have a registered will in my name.my sisters have objection in that.what should i do to have the ownership of the property for which i have registered will.the property is a self acquired property in my fathers name.please guide is it necessary to probate the will.

if you have genuine registered will on your name then no body can object agianst that property. you go to the office of sub-registrar near by you with witnesses and get registered. if your sister object and file a civil case then only you need to proof genuinity of will.
