Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Again I repeat my problem.... pls. reply as soon as possible.

3 years ago we have purchase a tenament in ahmedabad. My family, my brother's family & my mother father living in this tenament. For that time when we purchase this tenament, my brother takes home Loan of Rs. 5 lakhs for the same so that he is the owner of this tenament. Now my father wants to include my name also is this property. So what is the processor to including my name in this property. (The home loan is running now.)

in case the home loan is running on the name of your brother, how can your name be included. did your brother show the property as his own?

in whose name the property was purchased - the title of the property is in whose name. if your brother got the home loan of 5 L, i am assuming the title is in his name, then how can your name be included, unless your father claims that your brother has committed fraud by getting the title in his name
