Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Respected Sir,
I saw the copy of the agreement of sale he has. The agreement of sale is on Rs 20/- stamp paper, signed on 11/3/2010, for a time period of six months and the deed is not registered.
Sir, what is the validity of his document ?

as advised earlier, this is the problem of seller as now the sale deed stands registered in your name. even if the other person files a suit for specific performance, you can take the plea that the sale deed stands registered in your name and you were ignorance of the earlier agreement of sale. its better you do not interact with that person as he may gather evidence that you were aware of the transaction.
