Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am retiring from my existing partnership firm with consideration cost , but still i have not released my share of one of the firms real estate property to secure my self from firms another loans , can i have a valid title for the same property after signing retirement deed .

yes. However, the same would be so provided in the dissolution deed
