my rights in my husband property
my mother is 70 years old. She a patient of asthama, TB and back bone problem . She unable to walk and not in position to perform her daily routine work. My father has one son and one daughter both are married. My father has a DDA Flats and lot of cash but he is neither spent a single pie on the treatment of my mother nor give her a single pie to purchase fruits, medicine and other daily usuable things.
He made every day comments on mother which the health of my mother due to his comments, she is also suffering hypertention with high blood pressure. My mother keenly interested to reside with me but he never allowed her. May I requested to please tell me what is rights of my mother in his flats, pension and cash and jewellery.

She is entitled to live a life of dignity as per the financial standard of living of your father.

All her rights after demise of husband. During life time of husband, she will be entitled to claim maintenance, if husband is not maintaining her.
