My mother in law wants gift a land to my wife which is on patta from housing society in meerut but society said that we will pay 10% of cost of land by circle rate to society. Is it fact? Pl tell me.

Check the bye-laws of the society as also local act applicable to the Societies for the quantum of transfer charges by a society.
