In my sale deed the sellers spelling is different from the GPA. how it will affetct me?how to change this? For chnaging this owner is required again?

yes, the seller needs to move an application for rectification.

In fact the spelling does not matter much. However you would need the presence of seller again for the rectification deed. you do not need any application.
