Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we want to sale a property which is in the name of my mother.But my mother is no more.We had 4 brothers and all are agree to sale but a neighbour is creating problem and he had put some of his belongings on this plot.Suppose we sale it then legally can you tell me that he can create problem for me like file a case in court etc

Since the land is in ur mothers name you all brothers have equal right in the land and you can sell the said property... the neighbour have no right to sue against you nor creat any problem
