for the seller which deed is more safe conveyance deed or the sell deed ? as we want to redevelop the proprety!

The buyer is safe with a SALE DEED. Every sale deed is a conveyance deed; though every conveyance deed may not be a sale deed.

conveyance deed is generally executed by the government authorities in favour of the individual where his property is converted from leasehold to free hold. after that the individual can execute a sale deed.
