i have one shop in the main market, it is on rent from the last 37 years, now my bussiness is not doing well, i want to change my bussiness. Can i do it?

2. can i start a new bussiness in partenership.

please guide me for the same

you can do that but you have to seek permission from the landlord otherwise he may file an eviction petition on the grounds of change of use and change in tenancy by inducting a partner.

if it is a commercial shop you may change the business but getting into partnership may cause problem for you and you will have to seek landlord permission.
