Sir, Please email me, My father wants to give a 4 land ( 10 cents, 11 cents, 16 cents , 16 cents) to 4 childerens. This land belongs to Parental property. How he will distribute this land among all childeren? What legal document required?

you need to file a suit for partition on the basis of family settlement.
