Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, my grand mother did buy a land in 1970 but it could not be registered. But the sale deed is present with us and we are living on that land from last 42 years continiously. We are paying holding tax also. Other proofs like electricity bills also present. Please tell the ways of getting the land registered and getting the patta of the same.
