hi sir, i have a house inherited from my mother. All document related to the house is in my name. Now my brother is planning to go to the court seeking all the legal rights of the house. What i have to do?

as the documents are in your name and it is an inherited property, you may invoke section 14 of Hindu Succession Act. if your case does not fall under that law, you may have to share the property with your brother.
