Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, we made an agreement with (x) party towards purchase of piece of land against full and final payment and also receipt was issued against the payment by (x) in the year 1989 and took the possesion of vacant land from (x).

But Registration was made in the year 2005.

Now my question is :

1.will there be any authority of (x) or their relatives to claim back after the registration of land.

2.Will there be any problems in The delayed registration, since the delay is 15 years.
