sir we have a plot in patial which was alloted to us in 1981 by punjab urban develpment patial.iwe wants to sale this p;ot and for this we do agreement with satish kumar in24.04. 2008.Im agrement it was written that time to do registry will be increased until we cant got no obsection certificate from punjab urban development patiala an we go no obsection certificate from punjab urban development patiala on16.8.2008 and we send him legal notice that we obtain no obsection certificate fom patial dated 16.8.2007 from punjab urban development patiala and he should do registry in her favour til 16.9.2008and on 16.09.2008 we go to registrar patiala and mark our presnce in the sub registrar office . after 1 year he came to us and say that no i am welling to do registry please came to do so he said i to have mark my presnce in the sub registrar office now we cant find the way out please guide us

u can refuse and sale ur plot to anybody else or made an agreement to sell with someone else immediately. else contact me we can solve ur problem. also mention ur plot is situated in which area of patiala. I also have my plot in tripadi,patiala.
