My sister passed away. She was a member of a housing scoiety. She had made me the nominee. Also, I had made the payments towards the site (the society is yet to allot the site). My sister also has 2 daughters and they are ready to relinquish any rights towards this site. The society is not ready to consider as affidavit that was produced where my sisters daughters have agreed to make the membership to my name. Please advise.

Consider a registered documents from daughters of your sisters - this document could either be a release or relinquishment or gift - depending on quantum of stamp duty and registration charges.
