Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In our society one member had purchased flat in the name of trust whose trustees were Father & Mother and his two adult sons as nominees.Now they intend to tranfer the flat in the name of two sons and hence applied to the society.Pls advise if this is possible .If yes what is the procedure.Is any tranfer fees or stamp duty has to be paid.Your detailed guidance will be helpful.
