Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am staying abroad and not paid my society maintenance from five year as my society is not giving me correct statement is there in law that society can put me in trouble.Ij

Show some bonafides by paying some amount and a letter and asking the society to inform you the exact amount to be paid. Society can enforce recovery of the amount. You cannot dictate the terms, although you have a right to to ask the accounts you cannot make it a precondition for payment.
