Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
what to do if someone takes a loan from the bank from its own name and the granter is someone else. and the question is if he is not returning the loan to the bank in given time and the granter wants his property back from the bank. what action should he take?

if the person who took loan does not return then the bank can recover the loan from the Granter ...
you can not get the property back unless the loan is being paid...
