Tenant is living in my house on rent without agrrement of leave license. we had done agreement on 5 th nov. and now he wants to vacate. but he says that he will not pay rent for 4 day as agreement was done on 5 th of the month...wat is true in this case

in case he is not giving rent for 4 days, you may let him go. there is no agreement and you might face legal problems in evicting him if he does not leave on his own accord.
