Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Title

The title of the property is in the name of my father, by way of regd. deed in his favour. He died intestate. Whether all his children have became ,automatically, TITLE holders 2 the property by inheretance?

In cases of self acquired property of Hindu Male dying intestate/without will, all children, widow and mother will take equally. Children would include heirs of heirs of predeceased sons/daughters.

yes, all will inherit automatically by virtue of the succession laws.

in case the property is lease hold, all the legal heirs need to get the property mutated in their names. if the property is free hold, then automatically all the legal heirs are entitled to have their share of the property irrespective of their gender.
