Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am in Trichy, Tamilnadu. I am searching approved plot for my investment. Many plot promoters showing their land approval certificate issued by the local village president (No Objection Certificate-NOC). Is it legally satisfied or not?, and also my friend told me, only unapproved plots sales by them, because the TamilNadu Govt, cancelled the NOC system from the period 2009. How can I purchase title clear plot?

in case the government is not giving out NOC, there is no point purchasing it is in tricy. better purchase in delhi or any other state.
