Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
whether a women can make a will to her daughter of her immovable property ,making her brother natural gaurdian since she is a married daughter with no issues who undergoes depression at lucid intervals and whether her husband's relatives can contest it ?

It is the property of women, she can made any arrangement, her husband has no right to contest.
