Legal Question in Securities Law in India
A bank issued auction notice for a residential house under sarfaesai act. before the auction date, one of the guarantors obtained a stay in the debts recovery tribunal there was no bidders on the auction date also.
can the bank go for physical possession of the said property under appeal in drt:: the appeal is yet to be disposed.
