TDS on
is it require to deduct TDS from payment of listing fee to stock exchange by a company.

This is debatable question and technically TDS is required to be deducted from the payment to be made to stock exchange(s).
However Listing Agreement nowhere talks about as to who will bear the tax or if the payment to exchange is subject to taxes.
