Re: child abuse - harassing a child studying in class 2

You have NOT stated what your relationship you have with this girl is or what is your interest in this matter? Did she inform her parents? If not, has she informed them about this later? If not, then why not? If she did inform her parents then why did her parents not take any action then? Was the cousin in her school? Did she complain to the school authorities? Or to the boy's parents ? You apparently have no locus standi in this matter. What exactly did the cousin brother of this girl actually do? Does it constitute an offence? What was the age of the cousin brother then ? Can what he did constitute a criminal offence ? Was the boy also a minor at that time? Is the girl ready and willing to file a criminal complaint against her cousin brother after all these years? All these are material facts which do not appear in your narration. Hence it would not be possible to advise you in this matter.
