Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Is this a crime ?
If a girl agree to have a sex with his boyfriend dring his relationship. But unfortunately she became a pregnant by mistake with her boyfriend.
But he`s refuses to acceptance to his 4 month child. And after a while days. She registered a case against his boyfriend.
According to Above story I just want to know that. In this case Police able to arrest his boyfriend or not.
If “Yes” Then what act will legally punished him.
If 'No' Why it is...
