Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
one of my best friend is very tensed i want a solution from you to make her get out of her problem..forcefully one boy proposed her and by giving warnings that he will suicide if she dnt say yes to him..he make her as his girl friend and one day forcefully make a physical contact with her and shoot a video of that act..now he is blackmailing her that he will show that video to her parents and all relatives if she wants to remain under cover then she have to do everything whatever he demands..he not let her go outside not even for studies ,everyday he torchers her alot...she is very upset with her life and attempt for suicide ....please help my friend...and give suitable solution to this case...and for your reference i would like to tell you that he is an ethical-hacker trainee...so he knows everything related to internet and computer...so please suggest a sloution to help us...?

as you the friend of the girl, you may approach the police and complaint on her behalf and in case you do not know where she is hiding, you may file a writ of habeas corpus in the high court.
