My partner and myself were having a relationship for almost two years. He had promised to marry me and we had filled in the form for the same. But on the day of marriage he backed out stating I was not beautiful enough for him. Later again he called me and stated we should get married I believed him but then again after 6 month he backed out. Can I file a case of breach of trust against him ?
