I had sex with my ex girlfriend, and it was consensual. but when she found out that she got pregnant, she threatened me to charge with forced sex. should i seek a lawyer's advice?? can she really do it even when all evidence prove it that it was consensual??

Whether your sex was consensual or not will be decided at the time of evidence by the court but at this time it invokes the sections of Rape........
