stamp duty and registration of residential flat

date of agreement of my flat is 17 april 1980. i have lost my original agreement. agreement value 1,15,000/-. what is the procedure to pay stamp duty and to register under amnesty scheme declare by maharashtra govt

according to me unless original is found no stamp duty can be paid. Secondly 17th April 1980 would not be covered for taking the amnesty stamp duty all documents after 1st april 1985 ar taken in amnesty . Anyway 8th september is last date to apply . You may try your luck
