Legal Question in Social Security Law in India

I was married in 2000 in the court under special marriage act my wife had made declaration that she was unmarried by that time as required by the law after the marriage as the time passed it was discovered that she was a widow by that time and even having a girl child of 11years old which was concealed by her. Due to social reasons Ikept mum for long. ultimately she started blackmailing me by frequently absenting from home and staying with her mother's house and her child she also started propagating about that previous issue with an intention to harass and malign me in my circle. Now I want TO PUNISH HIM IN THE COURT OF LAW FOR THE FALSE DECLARATION .PLEASE OPINE...THE PUNISHMENT SHOULD BE SO HARD THAT EVERYONE WILL BE SCARED TO COMMIT SUCH HEINOUS OFFENCE.

it is unimaginable that before getting married to her, you were not aware of her marital status and the child. no court would presume that there was a concealment of material fact. it is better to patch up the matter as the legal fight may take years benefiting none of you.
