Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
I am doing renovatrion in my flat. In drawing room i want to extend the sliding window for which i need to remove the decorative 3 Feet concrete wall provided by builder originaly. removing this frame does not affect to strength or integrity of building structure. It only affects the outward elevation view.
please advice me if removing of this frame is allowed under society's bye laws. and it is ligal or illligal
