claim of Rs 5000 towards advance from DELTA GRAM

I resident of secunderabad having an STD booth at secunderabad. i have paid five thousand rupees as advance to deltagram to render the service of deltagram. this institute as render good service for 4 to 5 months. after five months the deltagram company is closed and this company is not refunding my advance amount which i have paid. the head office is at chennai and the branch office is at hyd. can i claim this my advance amount if so under which section in which court. can i claim Rs.5000 please advice.

You can file a consumer complaint in the District Consumer Forum within whose jurisdiction the regd. office of the Company is situated. However, you must have some documentary proof of making the said advance.
