Hello i am ashish from delhi .i wana buy some agricultural land for godam in mundka delhi. the current rate is 18000 pr sqyd. is there any risk to buy or not in future.

in case it is an agricultural land, its change of use is not permissible. however, you may look for land in lal dora. it is advisable to seek help of a lawyer in purchasing the same.
