I have bought a flat in resail. While I contact CIDCO office for CIDCO transfer, they have informed me that, around One lakh sixty thousand rupees is pending with the plot which contains I purchased flat. They have informed me that, it is plot which is purchased steel, something like that(I am not clear what they are saying). Can you please predicat, what it may be the charge thay are asking. Please note, the said flat's conveyance deed is already done before 5 years.

It may be property tax or land revenue tax.
