Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I want to know the enforcebility/validity of a registered will. Can someone based on the copy of registered will can get the, propoerty bestowed unto him in the will, transferred in his name

the beneficiary of the bill may have to get the will probated and for that he has to approach the court and make other legal heirs as respondents.
