Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father was adopted son.My grand father died intasted.We are 5 sisters & no brother. My father made 3 wills when he was alive.Last 2 wills are registered. in first two wlls my fater gave equal share to me & my sister but in the last will he gave all ancestrial pfoperty to one my sister alone.In last will he spacified that the whoie property was self earned which is not true.My father was deaf & 92 yes. old wheb he died. Sadhana

in this situation, when the property delved upon your father intestate, the property is in the ancestral in nature and all the sisters may have equal right in the property. the will stands good qua the share of your father but not regarding the entire property.

What is your question ? And what do you want ? The opinion is without any knowledge of succession law and i feel lawyers with less or no knowledge should not give any opinion as we all or on this legal forum. Any how the Grand fathers property becomes self acquired for your father and he can do anything with it. This does not becomes Ancestral Property.
