My father aged 91 wants his property to be bequeathed to my mother on his death and has executed a will in her favour. If my mother dies before my father ., and my father is unable to make another will after her death, what happens to the property in question. Can my father bequeath the property to mother and then can my mother and father make a joint will which can be invoked after the death of both ?We belong to a hindu family .
