Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father died intestate last year. he has an account in england with no nominee. there is approx. 30,000pounds in the account. we ( mother, my elder sister and myself) applied and just received the legal heir certificate. will that be enough to get the money transferred in my mother's name.
