Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father has gifted me his selfacquired property. The giftdeed is been registered.my father is expire . I sold the property after 5 years of his expiry. There no mention about my siblings in the giftdeed. But it was mentioned that I will be the sole owner of the property. My sister and brother are claiming that it is ancestral property and I has to be shared. Is it true. What is ancestral property.

ancestral property is the property which came to your father from his father or fore fathers. it is not self acquired by your Father from his income.
