Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father in law has made a will to give his self aquired property to my childrens. The will is registered in the court. Since we are muslims can the other heirs of my father in law consent for this property considering that this property is more then one third of the total asses he has.
What is the solution to ensure that the heirs does not consent after my fathe in law death.
